Q:HOW DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES AND BULK GOODS?
You can choice through T/T, Paypal, L/C, Western Union or local transfer. Please note that the paypal service fee is high than others.
Q:HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT YOU WILL COME UP WITH THE STRUCTURE AND MATERIALS I WANT FOR MY BAG?
We will confirm all the details with you when we receive your design drawing. When we make the sample, we will send you the paper grid design drawing of the early stage of the bag if you need it.
Q:WHAT'S YOUR MOQ FOR BULK ORDER? CAN I ORDER SMALL QUANTITIES?
Our MOQ from small, Yes, You can order small quantities. But the price will be base on your quantities.
Q:WHICH SHIPPING WAY WE CAN BE CHOICE?
For the shipping way: You can choice DHL, FEDEX, UPS by air and also we can do by sea.
Q:HOW MUCH FOR THE SHIPPING FEE?
Actually, The shipping fee depend of the package measurements, We need to get all of the size of package then we can calculate the shipping fee. That will be waiting for finish bag. Also we can estimated the shipping fee for you.
Q:HOW LONG WILL SAMPLE TAKE TO PRODUCE AND DELIVERY TO ME?
Sample lead time 5-7days, And it base on your design and requirements. And bulk lead time will be 30days when we received the deposit.
Q:WHAT KIND OF LOGO CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE FOR ME?
We can do various logos some like TPU, PRINT, EMBOSSED, DEBOSSED, Embroidery, Digital print, ect…Pleaase let us have your ideas.
Q:HOW DO I CUSTOMIZE THE BAG I NEED?
The step 1: Please send our your artwork or pics for the bag. Also we can accept the ref. bag.
